We are a contingency and retained search firm whose services include recruitment process outsourcing (RPO), executive search and contract recruiting. The company has extensive experience recruiting executives, middle management, and entry-level candidates within multiple disciplines and serves a number of industries.

We partner with company’s recruiting department and assist them in verifying the Spanish verbal and written skills of their candidates.
HISPANIC/DIVERSITY INITATIVES CONSULTING SERVICES
Bilingual Staffing Solutions provides consulting services for those companies seeking to begin or expand their Hispanic diversity initiatives. We provide multicultural training and assist companies in starting their Hispanic affinity groups. Additionally we assist companies in planning and coordinating targeted Hispanic diversity fairs to increase recruiting/diversity strategies/diversity and company branding. We provide other services on a customized basis depending on our clients specific needs.
Caroline Piñeres
 Bilingual Staffing Solutions was created by Caroline Piñeres to satisfy a niche of the market not yet fully covered by any other recruiting agency in Georgia. The company comprises of a team of professionals exclusively committed to offer their clients highly professional bilingual candidates to fill their job positions, which are vital to our clients’ successful business.
Caroline Piñeres has an extensive background in Human Resources and Finance. She recently completed her Juris Doctor degree. In 2003, Cathy Cox, Secretary of State of the state of Georgia recognized and awarded Caroline as an Outstanding Georgia Citizen. She presently serves as Executive Vice President on the Board of Directors of the National Society of Hispanic MBA’s, Board member of National Latina Women Business Association, Board member of Georgia Hispanic Bar Association, Board member of Visions Anew. She is a member of the Georgia Hispanic Network, Georgia Hispanic Chamber of Commerce, Georgia Association of Latino Elected Officials, Mexican American Chamber of Commerce and the Atlanta Bar Association Family Law and Employment Sections. She is also a volunteer for the Gwinnett County School system as a motivational speaker for at risk youths.
Caroline’s proudest accomplishment is her 11-year-old son Spencer, who serves as an inspiration to her every day. |
