Bilingual Rental Coordinator

Location: Montreal, QC │ Salary Range: 46k-52k │ On-SiteFull-Time Permanent


Summary of Responsibilities

As the Rental Coordinator, you’ll manage the full rental process — from taking reservations and preparing contracts to ensuring clients receive outstanding service after the sale. You’ll also play an active role in prospecting new business opportunities and growing the rental department.


Key Duties & Responsibilities

  • Handle client inquiries and process rental reservations

  • Prepare rental contracts and ensure timely coordination of deliveries and returns

  • Maintain accurate records in the CRM and support invoicing and billing accuracy

  • Provide exceptional customer service and after-sales support

  • Identify opportunities to grow the rental business and support the sales team

  • Collaborate closely with service, logistics, and finance teams

  • Support other locations during peak periods or staff absences


Education and Experience Requirements

  • Experience in rental coordination, sales, or customer service (technical or industrial environment preferred)

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

  • Bilingual in French and English

  • Confident communicator with a proactive, positive attitude

  • Comfortable working independently and as part of a small team


Compensation & Benefits

  • Base Salary: $42,000 – $48,000 (experienced rental coordinators: $55,000 – $60,000)

  • Potential for Commission as the department grows

  • Full-Time Permanent Role | Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM – 4:30 PM

  • Location: Lachine, QC (5 days in office)
